Abhay to act in his home production as he can’t afford big stars
Abhay Deol, who is making his first home-production, says he may have to cast himself in the film. The actor, who was earlier making his production debut with Basra, had to finally shelve the film due to major financial crisis. Abhay recently revealed that he has now taken up another project and in all probability, will be acting in the film as he cannot afford to pay big bucks. “I’m making baby steps in production. Being a first-time producer, I won’t get a big star to work in those films. So I have to put myself in the film because of money constraints,” he said.
