Mira Nair’s on Naomi Watts’ wishlist!

Hollywood actress Naomi Watts, who was in India last year with her beau Liev Schreiber, is all praises for filmmaker Mira Nair. So much so, that she even hinted at wanting to work with Mira in future. Naomi met Nair when she was shooting with Liev for her movie The Reluctant Fundamentalist in Delhi. Recalling her meeting, Naomi said, “Mira is really a humble person and such a great director. I have seen her movies like The Namesake and Mississippi Masala. I think she is definitely on my list of directors to work with.” Naomi, who will soon be seen in The Impossible, also shared that she was extremely thrilled to spot a peacock in Jaipur during her trip. “On my way to Jal Mahal, I saw this beautiful large majestic bird with attractive colours. There was something very naturally appealing about it. Its feathers were so... beautiful! The tour guide informed us that it is also the national bird of India, the peacock.”
