Buzz is the Bachchans will hold Beti B's naming ceremony after Christmas, as the family is still looking for a name
All eyes are set on the namkaran ceremony of actors Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan's baby girl which, according to sources, is set to happen just after Christmas. Sources say that the Bachchan family is holding a very private ceremony at Pratiksha for the naming ceremony.
"They have ordered vegetarian food for the occasion and we know that a small private party is being organised by them. The food will be simple and there are a few South Indian dishes as well," says a source, who is in the team that has apparently secured the catering order for the naming ceremony.
Sources also say that everybody in the family is now speculating about the name and each one of them is coming up with one name for the newborn baby girl. "Big B will be choosing the name. As of now, nobody has been consulted for the name. Basically what we have heard is that a name that both Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya will agree on, will be finalised," the source adds.
Meanwhile, Abhishek has also welcomed his Twitter followers to suggest names for his baby and hundreds of suggestions are pouring in on the microblogging site too.
"It seems that everybody has agreed that the name has to be different and catchy. So, a short but exotic name is what everybody is expecting to zero in on... something that will always catch your ear," the source ends.
