DAISY SHAH Apart from
buying clothes and accessories, I am planning to buy some stuff for my
house. Also, my relatives will be coming down from Gujarat to celebrate,
so I will buy something for them too.
SOPHIE CHOUDRY
I start planning the Diwali gifts months in advance because I normally source it from abroad. I look forward to this every year because we genuinely put in effort to send out pretty, classy and thoughtful Diwali gifts. I also handpick all the items that go in the festive hamper. As for me, I definitely love shopping for new clothes and we always buy one new silver item to add to our collection; I guess we feel it's auspicious.
ESHA GUPTA
I'm going all easy when it's coming to gifts this year. I'll be home after three years so I am planning to take my parents and my sister out shopping.
TANISHAA MUKERJI
I have been travelling to various places for work and whenever I get little time to spare I utilise it for my shopping. As I will be working during the festive days, my mother and I have decided to complete the shopping in advance and keep all the Diwali gifts ready. Of late, I have been addicted to online shopping so I have bought a few gifts for my friends and I am sure they are going to love it.
SONU SOOD
Since I'm in Dubai for my film's shoot, I'm doing my all my shopping for Diwali from here. I'm shooting with Jackie Chan, so I'll also buy something Indian to gift him. I love to shop here, which is why I carry hardly anything when I visit this place and on the return to Mumbai, I end up bringing suitcases filled with stuff...gifts for family and close friends.
TUSSHAR KAPOOR
I haven't really planned my Diwali shopping yet. I am traveling to Warsaw (Poland), so I'll be doing a lot of Diwali shopping from there for myself and will also bring some interesting stuff for friends and family.
SWARA BHASKAR
I am busy promoting my film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo which releases on Diwali so I haven't got any time to shop. I am planning to buy diyas and candles and fairy lights online, this year. I also keep picking up stuff from airports when I travel, so yes, this year it's kind of a Diwalion-the-go!
