Adele slams singers who wear skimpy outfits to sell records
Adele has slammed stars who show skin to sell records, insisting they don’t even look like that in real life. The 24-year-old newly pregnant singer, who is renowned for her stunning vocals and never uses gimmicks when she is performing, said she gets frustrated when other artists use skimpy attire and provocative dance moves to present a false image to fan. “They don’t look how they do in magazines or videos.I’ve seen them up close and they don’t even look like that. Exploiting yourself sexually is not a good look. I don’t find it encouraging. I just stand there and sing. I’m not worried that I’m a ‘plus size’ and so much bigger than other artists. No matter what you look like the key is to be happy with yourself,” she said. Adele's soulful voice will also be heard in main theme tune for upcoming James Bond installment Skyfall.
