Nanhi is in love
Jayshree Venkatraman — the grown-up Nanhi in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha — is in love. The actress is in a relationship with Prateek Shah, who was a second unit director on her debut show,
Beend Banoongaa Ghodi Chadhunga. They met more than a year-and-ahalf ago.
Says Jayshree, “It took us time to befriend each other, but love happened soon after. He came across as a handsome yet arrogant guy and surprisingly, that’s what attracted me to him. Even two months after he left the show, we kept meeting and over time, we realised that we wanted to be together. His best quality is, he knows how to balance personal and professional life. He is a workaholic, but still makes me feel special and takes out time for me.”
So,
is not-so-Nanhi-anymore planning to tie the knot soon? “Not right now.
Both of us want to get settled professionally. We don’t want to do
anything in haste and are focussed on our careers,” she says.
