Sai and Shakti’s first TV show to go off air
Barely three months after its launch, television couple Sai Deodhar and Shakti Anand’s maiden production venture, Mujhse Kuchh Kehti... Yeh Khamoshiyaan, is all set to bid adieu to its viewers.
After failing to generate sustainable ratings and following a lot of chaos on the set, the channel has decided to pull it off air. Co-produced by Ila Bedi Datta (also the producer of Hitler Didi), the show will breathe its last on February 23.
Informs a source, “Nothing was going right for Mujhse.... Firstly, Mohit Sehgal quit the show after realising that his coactor Manit Joura is actually the lead. The show also failed to rake in expected ratings. Creatively, it wasn’t going anywhere and hence, the decision to pull it off air.” Ila confirmed the news.
