Sigourney has close encounter with gorillas!

Sigourney Weaver recently said that she came face-to-face with real gorillas in Gorillas in the Mist. The 63-year-old actress played physiotherapist Dian Fossey in the 1988 US drama movie, which saw her star "right in amongst" real primates, and ape impersonator Peter Elliott - who played a costumed gorilla in the motion picture - is full of praise for her "amazing" heroics in the film. He said: “Sigourney was really brave with her shots in the forest.”
