Sidhu’s wife happy about his exit

    Navjot Singh Sidhu’s exit from Colors’ Bigg Boss may have come as a surprise to those who were expecting him to stay for the long haul, but the cricketer-politician’s wife, Navjot Kaur Sidhu, is delighted. “I am so excited to meet my husband after so many weeks. I was the one who coerced him to take up the show and he has made me proud. Had he been there, I am sure he would have been the winner. We wanted to show the junta that there are people who respect
women and is a teetotaler.”
    Did Sidhu quit purely because of political reasons or was it pre-decided? Kaur says, “Not at all. If a contestant had gone in for a short stay, he or she would have left in a week. It’s the call of duty, something which can’t be ignored. His party wants him to be with them during the Gujarat elections.”
