Actress Scarlett Johansson is reportedly being paid £13 million ($20.11
million) to star in Avengers 2 — the most a female star has ever been
paid for a movie. The 27year-old, who plays the Black Widow in the
superhero film, beat Angelina Jolie’s £12.2 million ($18.9 million) fees
for The Tourist, reported Sun Online.
Movie bosses want her for the sequel after The Avengers grossed
£936 million ($1.45 billion), the third highest in history.
