The actor goes back to his dance school to drop his younger brother and takes a walk down the memory lane

It is indeed a proud moment for the teacher when the student goes back to his roots even after becoming big star like Shahid Kapoor. Shiamak Davar’s students were in for starry surprise when Shahid came to drop his younger brother, Ishaan who is a part of a special potential batch, a place from where Shahid himself started years back. “I am coming to this dance class again after almost twelve years and the amazing part is that everything is still the same — the instructors, the students and the energy. Whatever dancing I have learnt is largely from here,” Shahid said. He stayed back to watch the dance routines for a show where his brother will perform next week. He slipped back into his dancing shoes with complete ease and spent over an hour doling out dance tips and clicking photos with his young fans. “It was a spontaneous decision to come here today to drop Ishaan and I am so happy I did as it brings back so many fond memories!” he added nostalgically. Shiamak, on the other hand was extremely touched by Shahid’s gesture. “It always humbles me that even after becoming such a big star Shahid still gives back to the dance school and has so much respect for it. This just goes to show how good a human he still is. For me, this is what makes Shahid so special,” said the proud teacher.
