Vegas wedding for Diana Hayden
The former Miss World is all set to marry her American boyfriend, Collin Dick, this September
As news of her wedding broke out, a visibly excited Diana Hayden had just one thing to say, “It’s a dream come true.” Relatives are already making preparations to attend the threeday ceremony to be held in Las Vegas, USA in September. The groom Collin Dick is originally from Vegas, but has been working in Mumbai from the past couple of years for an international NGO that works on public health and family planning.
Talking to Bombay Times, the actressturned-author shares that she met Collin in February this year and by the end of April, they knew they were meant for each other. Although it may be a wee bit rushed, Diana thinks it’s for the best. “We just knew it! I never thought it would happen so soon but after dating for just two months, we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. I’m extremely happy to have found my ideal partner,” she admits. The wedding will be a private affair with only close friends and family attending. No Bollywood celebrities have been invited for her wedding.
Diana shares, “It’s going to be one dreamy wedding, come September 13. There is also a bachelorette party on the 11th and wedding rehearsal on the 12th. It will be held in a country club in Vegas.” Soon after, the couple will fly to Venice for their honeymoon. “I have never been to a romantic destination like Venice all my life because I wanted to go with the right person at the right time. He is the right person and this is the right time! Now I know how it feels when a dream comes true… I’m experiencing that now,” she gushes.
