    Akshay Kumar, it is learnt, has the biggest shoe size in the industry. The actor is the only Bollywood citizen to wear size 12. That’s why he has to get customised shoes made for himself. A friend of the actor explains, “Although Akshay has no difficultuy in sports shoes for his size, it’s the formal and casual shoes that are difficult to get. So he gets them made by international designer brands on order when he travels abroad.” However, when he’s shooting in India, his films’ stylists get custom-made footwear for him. As our source says, “In his forthcoming film, Khiladi 786, his character wears jootis. So, the stylist created a special range of jootis and mojris made for him.” A couple of them are in gold colour, with spokes jutting out. Not surprisingly, they are a favourite with many a crew member, we’re told.
