PREDICTING THE SUCCESS OF STARS
Sanjay B Jumaani picks Ajay Devgn as the next superstar in Bollywood
Ajay Devgn is on a roll ever since he changed his spelling from Devgan to Devgn. He gave hits like Athiti Tum Kab Jaaoge, All The Best, Raajneeti, Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai, Golmaal 3, and two 100-crore films — Singham and Bol Bachchan. And despite critics panning Son Of Sardaar, the fact is that it has made huge profits for Ajay Devgn Ffilms. According to celeb numerologist Sanjay B Jumaani, Devgn is in for a very fortunate span of at least four more years. Before SOS’s release, Jumaani had predicted that both SOS and Jab Tak Hai Jaan would fare well at the box office. Be it Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan, their comeback success stories have been predicted by Jumaani well in advance! After the debacle of Veer, he said that the best was yet to come for Salman (he was born on 27/12/1965), who is a number 9. His 45th (9) year would propel him back. Not only was Dabangg a big hit, but so was Bigg Boss (it had an extra G as per Jumaani’s advice) and took Salman to new levels of success.
Post the debacle of Ra-One, Jumaani pointed out that SRK, a number 2 (born on 2/11/1965), would soon enter his 47th (2) year and achieve great success. Don 2 went on to become a big hit, grossing
210 crore. Jumaani also suggested that the Kolkata Knight Riders change their jersey colour from black to purple, apart from changing their negative burning-skull logo on the helmets. KKR went on to emerge victorious in IPL as predicted by Jumaani at the start of the tournament.
When Akshay Kumar had a string of flops for a couple of years, Jumaani sent a media release on Akki’s last birthday, saying that the number 9 star (Akshay was born on 1967) would bounce back as he was about to enter his 45th (9) year. His prediction proved to be true as Housefull 2, Rowdy Rathore and OMG Oh My God! were all hits.
Apart from Ekta Kapoor, Jumaani is synonymous with several top soaps. He gave the spellings for Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashmah, Balika Vadhu and Uttaran — all recently completed 1,000 episodes.
In a story in BT earlier this year, Jumaani had said silver would sizzle this year. And indeed, from
50,000 per kg, it shot to 65,000, giving more returns than even gold. In 2011, when gold was 20,000 per carat, Jumaani said gold would glitter — and rightly, it rose to 28,000.
