Actors Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan have some
tough competition from Saif Ali Khan. However it is not the box-office
that we are talking about, but leading as being the pranksters on sets
that the two are known for. And it was the hottie Jacqueline Fernandes
who became the victim, as Saif revealed his prankster ways. While
shooting for their upcoming film Race 2 that Saif — who is known for his
sense of humour but was hardly known to play pranks — pulled one on his
hot co-star. A source reveals that it happened when the two were
shooting for a fencing sequence in the film. “Jacqueline and Saif have a
very interesting and highly stylised fencing sequence in the film. And
to maintain the authentic look, the two actors were using real swords,”
the source reveals.
“Initially, Jacqueline was being very safe with the sword since she was afraid that she might accidentally hurt Saif. But Saif asked Jacqueline to be fierce with it as that would give the scene an added edge. Encouraged by the unit members, she went ahead with full gusto. It was then that Saif, who had kept a small vial of red paint handy smeared it on himself and pretended to be injured badly after a rather close swipe by her sword. Jacqueline thinking that she had injured him and seeing him bleed grew hysterical and almost burst into tears with worry,” the source adds. “She started calling for help and got so scared that Saif who was pretending, burst out laughing. After realising what had happened, the actress seemed relieved and jokingly mock-attacked Saif,” the unit member shares. |
