RGV’s daughter engaged
While filmi people are known for having larger-than-life celebrations, this might come as a surprise to many. Maverick filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma decided to go low-key for his daughter’s engagement on Wednesday. RGV’s daughter, Revathi, a medical student, got engaged to Pranav in a ceremony at home. The filmmaker decided against inviting folks from the film world, and chose to keep the ceremony an intimate affair. “Contrary to belief, RGV is very private when it comes to his family. He dotes on his daughter. Only a few close friends and family members were present at Revathi’s engagement ceremony at home. Later that evening, they continued the party at a star hotel," said a source. The groom-to-be is a doctor and the couple met during a professional stint. The wedding is scheduled to take place in August.
