THE STAGE IS SET FOR CRICKETAINMENT
If cricket is the subcontinent’s ultimate obsession, cricketainment is its most natural celebration. And the CEAT International Cricket Awards, which will be held today, will be exactly about that. The awards are based on the CEAT Cricket Rating, which will commend and reward fresh talent of the sport. In this year’s edition of the awards, extraordinary performances from India-Pakistan encounters over the years will also be honoured. Conceived by Harsh Goenka and his team at CEAT and adjudicated by Sunil Gavaskar, the ceremony will also feature Bollywood actress Gauahar Khan and stand-up comedian Papa CJ.
