Rihanna has tour exhaustion
It seems that singer Rihanna has finally bitten off more than she can chew. The singer now seems to be drained by her globe-spanning 777 tour. For the tour, the singer jetted to seven different countries for shows. Journalists and fans joined her on the plane, although many complained time with the star was limited. A movie was also made of the tour, and it's director, Toby L, had this to say about the experience: "She did the best she could do considering the time span. In retrospect no-one really thought about how exhausting it really would be. I think that half the issue was, because everyone was so exhausted, a lot of people just weren't staying up as late as she was and then were not willing to go and try and get the access and get the stories for themselves. Controversially, I think it was a two-way street. I think if people put the time and energy in, there were ways of doing it and you maybe had to think outside the box. I think if people were creative and put the time in they would get the story they wanted.
Paul McCartney sings unperformed Beatles tracks on world tour
Paul McCartney has given his first ever live rendition of a selection of classic Beatles tracks at the opening night of his world tour in Brazil. The singer performed tracks such as 'Your Mother Should Know' and 'Lovely Rita' on the first night of his Out There tour in the city of Belo Horizonte. Many later Beatles tracks were never performed live, after the band called an end to touring in 1966. The Out There tour will include the US, Canada, Italy, Austria and Poland. Sir Paul will play three concerts in Brazil this week - before continuing to Florida in the US in the middle of May. Saturday's gig also saw Beatles' tracks 'Being For The Benefit Of Mr Kite' and 'All Together Now' given their first
live rendition, the BBC reported. Sir Paul sang 'Eight Days A Week' live for only the second time. The Beatles played it just once in 1965. The show, attended by 55,000 fans, saw the veteran star performing solo acoustic versions of Blackbird and Here Today on a platform some 20ft above the stage, the report said.
