The actor is on a personal high right now as she gears up to secure her next Hollywood film project. With her Hindi film opposite actor Vivek Oberoi already making quite a buzz, Mallika is focusing right now on sealing the international deal. Says a source close to Mallika,“Yes, Mallika is right now in LA figuring out the details with producers. She is on the verge of signing her next Holly flick after Jackie Chan’s adventure drama The Myth and Politics of Love with actor Brian J White. Everything is ready, she just needs to sign on the dotted line and then she will make the announcements. But she won’t be able to reveal much details as her contract with the production house will prevent her from doing so. It is a big budget film that she is really excited about.” Before coming to LA, the actor had apparently taken a small break, which was a trip to Paris! It came after a lot was written about her closeness with Antonio, and the resulting problem in his marriage with his wife Melanie Griffith. But this recent trip was an invitation by Antonio to join him for a private holiday in Paris. “Mallika before heading to LA went to Paris and visited Antonio. They had a nice holiday together there. But both are keeping it low key, because of all the news that was circulating. She had a great time, but she will talk only when she feels comfortable. Actually she is even looking forward to meeting him again soon. But for now, all she wants is her next Holly outingto be taken care of,” the source further adds. |
