Most actors have crazy fans who mostly send them letters, pictures, postcards and the works. But actor Emraan Hashmi has a fan, who does much more than just that. Emraan who is quite popular with women has had crazy fans writing letters to him, landing up at his doorstep, but this one particular woman is so besotted by him that she apparently lands up wherever the actor is. A source close to the actor reveals, “Emraan is very popular with females and is quite used to the attention. Also, he is not the sort who refuses to pose for a picture or sign an autograph for his fans. He knows that he is what he is because of his fans so he is very particular about the way he interacts with them. He always obliges his female fans when they ask him to pose for pictures. Over the past couple of years, he has had many of them landing up at his doorstep but this particular female stalker is obsessed with him. She has been following him for close to three years now and just refuses to give up. She lands up at all his shoots and public appearances. The most recent one being at a dahi handi event in Worli. When she realised that Emraan was going to make an appearance at the event, she reached the venue at eight in the morning when he was scheduled to arrive in the evening. She even tried barging into the security cauldron and dashed towards his car when he arrived.” The same girl has also apparently been spotted at various events in the past couple of months. She was seen recently at a suburban multiplex, posing as a journalist so she could meet him while he was promoting his upcoming film.
