Mr Liston, head bartender at Bistro Grill, recommends:

FROZEN MINT DAIQUIRI
Ingredients:
45 ml white rum, 15 ml triple sec, 30 ml sweet and sour mix, Garnish: Mint leaf; lemon green
Method: Mix all ingredients and blend it with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with mint leaf and a lemon green with the blended ice forming the top layer of your cocktail.
ORANGE AND
CINNAMON MARTINI
Ingredients:
45 ml vodka, 30 ml sweet and sour mix, 10 ml cinnamon syrup, 120 ml orange juice, Garnish: Orange slice,
cinnamon stick
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.

Shirley temple
Ingredients:
Fresh lime, 20ml lemon sour mix, 10ml grenadine syrup, soda
Method: Mix all the ingredients together. Garnish with a slice of orange and Maraschino cherry.

Sujas Nameth, Fifty Five East, Grand Hyatt recommends:
THAI CHAI
Ingredients:
10 ice cubes, strong cold tea, 15ml ginger extract, 45ml lemon grass extract, 30ml honey
Method: Mix all the ingredients with straw on the side, long stirrer stick into glass.

VIRGIN ORANGE AND BASIL CAIPRIOJKA
Ingredients
3 basil leaves, 3 quarter orange, 1 sachet castor sugar, 5 cubes of ice, 10ml lime juice, 90ml orange juice
Method: Muddle the basil, orange with sugar. Add lime juice. Fill the mixing glass with ice. Shake well. Pour into the glass. Top up with ginger ale and orange juice.
