Anil’s latest investment
Anil Kapoor’s office, next to a five-star hotel in Juhu, was cramping the actor’s style. That’s because, of late, everyone in the Kapoor household has become very busy. Besides films, Anil is also making television software. The promo of his TV debut, 24, is being talked about.
His elder daughter Sonam is much in demand after two mega hits — Raanjhanaa and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. His younger daughter Rhea is a full-time producer who is working on multiple films simultaneously. Her boy-friend Karan Boolani is making Saat Hindustani for Anil’s banner. And to add to this, Anil’s son Harshvar-dhan Kapoor will also make his acting debut in a year or so.
Naturally, the collective office space needed by the Kapoor khandaan has increased. So, Anil bought a spacious office in a commercial building in Santacruz recently. “The interiors are being given finishing touches. The office even boasts of a beautiful terrace,” revealed a source. While Rhea is a frequent visitor, Sonam drops by occasionally. The source added, “Anil’s team has already started operating from there. From now on, he, Sonam and Rhea will conduct their business meetings in the new office.” — Parag Maniar
