REUNION TIME IN BOLLYWOOD

REUNION TIME IN BOLLYWOOD

While fresh pairings generate curiosity before a film’s release, onscreen reunions, especially after a long gap, are also an exciting prospect for the filmmakers. For instance, half the battle was won when Rohit Shetty roped in Deepika Padukone opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Chennai Express — they were paired six years after Om Shanti Om. Several filmmakers are also keen to cast the Dostana hit pair John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan. While it may be the script’s demand that leads directors to cast these faces, these collaborations mainly build a hype around the movie even before it goes on floors. Here’s looking at actors who will share screen space after a long gap in their upcoming films.
