    Tusshar Kapoor, who has a head for math — having gotten himself a management degree from the University of Michigan — is putting it to full use. The actor, who is between film projects, is completely devoted to getting his father’s real-estate business in order.
    Every morning, you can spot Tusshar and Jeetendra getting into the latter’s fancy car and arriving at their office, which is a few lanes away from their Juhu bungalow.
    The father-and-son team then bury themselves in sheaves of documents because the 70-year-old actor wants to quietly hand over the business to his son.
    Understandable sentiment. With daughter Ekta running their film and television production company with her mother Shobha, it is natural for Jeetuji to lean on Tusshar to look after other business interests.
