Buzz is that actor Sonam Kapoor and filmmaker Punit Malhotra shared an intimate dinner at a suburban restaurant recently
She hates 'talking about her love life', but rumours of actor Sonam Kapoor dating filmmaker Punit Malhotra just got a fresh lease recently.
A few days back, Sonam was spotted having dinner with the filmmaker at a popular restaurant in the suburbs. The pair, who has neither denied nor confirmed rumours of being a couple, were oblivious to the stares they got at the restaurant. Sources who were present at the restaurant say that it apparently seemed more than just a simple dinner date between two friends.
Says the source, "At around 10 in the night both Sonam and Punit walked into the restaurant. They shared some drinks and starters. They were totally into each other and seemed to enjoy each other's company. They were having so much fun." The sources add that Sonam's sister Rhea Kapoor also joined the pair. "Rhea walked in late and stayed with them for some time," adds the source adds.
Rumours of Sonam and Punit's link-up started during the New-Zealand shooting schedule of the film I Hate Luv Storys. Both Sonam and Punit had refused to comment about their new found friendship and since then they have successfully managed to dodge queries and maintained that they are just friends. But it appears that the pair has finally decided to come out in the open about their relationship as this comes close after the reported comfort factor they shared at actor Imran Khan's party last month.
Sonam is apparently going to feature in Punit's next film too.
