Seattle proposes eliminating hygiene standards for taxi drivers
Taxi drivers in Seattle have proposed changes in the budget package for next year that would eliminate current dress code and hygiene standards among taxi and for-hire drivers. Citing that they be treated like adults that they’ve asked for removing the requirement that drivers be ‘neat and clean’, among other things.
