A special ride for Sonakshi
The actor apparently has been provided with a bike service to take her from her vanity van to the film's sets and back
Star antics are not a new thing in Bollywood, especially among the A-list actors. Now, it seems to be catching up with the new generation of actors as well. Actor Sonakshi Sinha, who rose to fame for her role in last year's actor Salman starrer blockbuster hit Dabangg, apparently has been acting like a diva on the sets of her latest film director Shirish Kunder's Joker.
At present the film is being shot at the Filmistan studios in Goregaon. A source informs us, "Sonakshi apparently doesn't like walking from her vanity van to the set location. In spite of the vanity van having been parked just outside the set, Sonakshi was still not keen on covering the small distance on her feet." So, apparently the producers who are trying to keep the actor happy have arranged for a valet to help her out! "Yes, the producers have got a valet with a bike especially for Sonakshi to take her from the vanity van to the sets and back again after the shooting is done. So, whenever she is slotted to shoot, you will see her arriving as a pillion on the bike. The person on the bike then waits for her to finish shooting. After the shooting wraps up, Sonakshi is again escorted back to her vanity van on the bike," the source further adds.
An insider from the film's unit adds, "Akshay, Shreyas Talpade and all other actors come walking from their respective vanity vans. It's only Sonakshi who gets to ride a bike to the sets." The Dabangg girl's surely flying high after signing a new film with actor Ranveer Singh and appears to have taken the diva tag to seriously.
